We offer fully furnished apartments for a reasonable nightly rate to our students during their training. The apartments are available on a first come first served basis. Everything you need for your stay. All units are within a 35 min drive or closer to KEDJ, please inquire when scheduling your training courses *Short term units are in the Bellefontaine area and Long term units are in a complex in Sidney Ohio
Queen sized beds
Almost all of our units have queen sized beds. Only a handful of smaller units have a full sized bed.
Full kitchens
Each unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. All pots, pans, dishes and utensils are also furnished.
Washer & Dryers
Our units are each furnished with a washer and dryer. Those staying in the Sidney complex will have access to a laundry room with multiple washers and dryers.

Transportation during training is included as a courtesy with Paid Lodging ( not available on long term housing) on a first come first serve basis. We ask that you please keep our vehicles clean and return them with a full tank of fuel. We currently have a fleet of 24 vehicles.
Getting to and from CMH ( Columbus Airport)
Transportation to and from CMH, Columbus International Airport can be accomplished 1 of 3 ways described below
MCA pickup / dropoff for $75 each way - ( If available )
Pickup of a MCA vehicle already located in long-term parking. Student pays the parking fee upon pick up. ( fee of up to $75 to be paid by student , amount over $75 will be reimbursed by MCA )

Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum of 250 hours of flight time (50 hours of this may come from an AATD simulator) (100 hrs in powered aircraft, 50 hrs in airplanes, 100 hrs as pilot in command - which 50 hrs must be cross-country flight time)
Commercial pilots must hold an instrument rating, or be restricted to flying for hire only in daylight, under visual flight rules (VFR), within 50 miles of the originating airport
