Testimonials for Midwest Corporate Air

3/5/10 - Tom Armstrong earned Multi Commercial Instrument on 3/4/10

Hawker"Steve Buchenroth asked me to write a short testimonial about my experience at Midwest Corporate Air.

A short testimonial will not be sufficient to express how fantastic their course is. It is well planned and executed. The online outlines and videos over-prepare you for the check-ride; and are very easy to comprehend.

Steve is the best flight instructor that I have had. He is very direct and knowledgeable; and has the rare talent of conveying his experiences effortlessly to a student. He truly enjoys teaching and is not out just to "build flight time"; as many instructors are. He cares and wants you to be successful.

The aircraft that they use is second to none; it is new and contains technology that is now commonplace. Its unique power plants allow for multiple "test" failures and prepares you for success should you ever have a real emergency. I whole-heartidly recommend this course to anyone looking for a multi-engine rating.

Thanks again! Tom Armstrong"

9/17/09 - Tony Landis, Chief Pilot for Crown Equipment.

HawkerIn the summer of 2004, due to a runway expansion and a paving upgrade, I was tasked with moving our flight department to a temporary location. After interviewing several airport managers and FBO's, we chose to move our operation to Midwest Corporate Air at the Bellefontaine Regional Airport.

Owner Steve Buchenroth and his crew did an outstanding job of meeting our needs. They provided us with 24 hour service including jet fueling, hangaring, pull-in /pull-out, catering and supported us in the daily preparation and turn around of our fleet. Their customer service and commitment was outstanding!

I was so pleased with Steve and his personal committment that I hired him as a contract pilot for Crown Equipment. Today as an ATP licensed pilot, Steve flies our employees and customers as a crewmember in both our Hawker 800XP and our Sabre 65 corporate aircraft on a semi-regular basis.

My son Nicholas aspires to be a professional pilot, having a great deal of confidence in StevNicholas Landis Commercial Licensee, I asked him to complete my son's instrument, commercial and multiengine ratings.

Today he has done just that. Nicholas is now a commercial, instrument rated, multiengine pilot. Next summer he plans to earn his Certified Flight Instructor License with Midwest Corporate Air! Thanks Steve for a job well done!

9/3/09 Justin Guinther - Private Pilot on August 16, 2009

Justin Guinther and Ben Gaertner, Private Pilot"I recently had the privilege of completing my private pilot certificate with Steve, Ben, and the rest of the gang.

Not only were the staff great instructors but they are truly outstanding people.

They go out of their way to work around schedules and help you get your dollars worth of training. They are proud of their pilots, as it is evident by the pictures of successful pilots covering their ceiling.

I can't say enough about Steve and his staff and I look forward to hopefully starting my instrument rating with them in the very near future."
